Are the products on the webshop on stock:

All products shown in the webshop are on stock in our warehouse.

What are the shipping costs:​​​​​​​

Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs € 9,95 per order. Orders over € 99,95 are free of shipping charge.
The international shipping costs for the rest of Europe are €12,50 per order. Orders with a value above € 150 have free shipping.
Please take into consideration that we ship your order from Holland and that it might take up to 5 working days before you receive your package!

International shipping to the US & Canada costs are € 19,50 per order. Orders above € 300 are free of shipping costs. Please keep in mind that shipping to the US usually takes 5-10 days!

Can I return the order:

It is possible that you are not completely satisfied with the product you received. If the order is not satisfactory and you want to return the product, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product to us. Return fees for your order are at your own expense.

How do I use a discount code:

As soon as you go to the shopping cart in the webshop, an overview of your chosen products will appear. If you have a discount code, you can use it here. You can then enter your code in the 'promotion or discount coupon' bar, then click on 'add' and the discount will be deducted. Only one discount code can be entered per order. Discount codes are not deducted retroactively.
